Terms of Use
Last updated 24 September 2026
These terms govern your use of the Juncta website and the Juncta interface, together the Interface. The Interface is published by Qomira Labs. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Interface.
1. What the Interface is
The Interface is a front end that helps you construct transactions for a set of programs deployed on Solana, together the Protocol. The Protocol is autonomous software. We do not take custody of your assets, we do not execute transactions on your behalf, and we cannot reverse, cancel or recover a transaction once you have signed and broadcast it.
You interact with the Protocol using a wallet you control. You are responsible for the security of that wallet and its keys. We have no ability to restore access to a wallet, recover a lost key, or move assets you no longer control.
2. Status of the software
The Protocol currently runs on Solana devnet. It has not completed a third-party security audit. Software of this kind can contain errors that result in the partial or total loss of assets, and an audit, when completed, will reduce that risk without eliminating it.
Nothing on the Interface is a promise that any feature will ship, that any parameter will remain at its current value, or that the Protocol will be deployed to any further network.
3. Risk
Using the Protocol carries risks that you accept in full. In particular:
- Withdrawal is not always immediate. Liquidity you provide is also the lending supply, so withdrawal is gated by utilization. Above certain thresholds a withdrawal is queued until the positions backing it are repaid.
- Positions can be liquidated. If you borrow, a fall in the value of your collateral can result in part or all of your position being closed, at a cost to you, without prior notice.
- Providing liquidity can lose money. The value of a liquidity position can fall below the value of the assets you deposited, including in the absence of any fault in the software.
- Prices come from third parties. The Protocol relies on external price feeds. A feed that is delayed, unavailable or wrong can cause the Protocol to act on a value that does not reflect the market.
- Tokenized real-world assets carry issuer risk. The issuer of such an asset may be able to freeze, pause or otherwise restrict it, and redemption may take considerably longer than trading.
4. No advice
Nothing on the Interface is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing on it is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for obtaining your own advice.
5. Eligibility and prohibited use
You may not use the Interface if you are subject to sanctions, if you are located in a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, or if applicable law prohibits your use of it. You may not use the Interface to break the law, to launder money, to finance terrorism, or to manipulate any market.
We may restrict access to the Interface from any jurisdiction or address at any time, including where we reasonably believe access would breach applicable law. Restricting the Interface does not restrict the Protocol, which we do not control.
6. Third parties
The Interface links to and depends on services operated by others, including wallets, RPC providers, price feeds and block explorers. We are not responsible for those services, their availability, or anything you do through them.
7. Warranties and liability
The Interface is provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Interface will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free of error.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of assets, profits, revenue or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of the Interface or the Protocol. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change, and continuing to use the Interface after a change means you accept it.
9. Contact
