This notice explains what the Juncta website and interface collect. It is published by Qomira Labs, and it is short because there is not much to describe.

1. What we do not collect

We do not ask for your name, email address, postal address or phone number to use the Interface. We do not hold your private keys, seed phrase or any other wallet credential, and we have no way to obtain them. We do not sell personal data.

2. What is public regardless of us

Transactions you sign are recorded on Solana, a public blockchain. Your wallet address and every transaction associated with it are visible to anyone, permanently, and neither we nor you can remove them. This is a property of the network rather than a choice made by the Interface.

3. What the Interface processes

• Your wallet address, when you connect a wallet, so the Interface can read your positions and construct transactions. It is used for that and nothing else.
• Technical data that any web server receives, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, used to operate the site and to detect abuse.
• Preferences stored in your browser, such as your theme and whether you have dismissed an introduction. These stay on your device and are not sent to us.

4. Third parties

When you use the Interface, your browser communicates with services we do not operate, including your wallet, RPC providers and price feeds. Those services receive data according to their own policies, including your IP address and the requests your browser makes. We suggest reading the policy of any wallet or provider you use.

5. Retention

Technical logs are kept only as long as needed to operate and secure the site. We do not build profiles of users and we do not combine on-chain activity with off-chain identity.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data we hold. Because we hold very little, most requests can be answered quickly. Write to hello@juncta.xyz.

We cannot delete anything recorded on a public blockchain, because we do not control it and nobody can remove it.

7. Changes

We may update this notice. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change.
